OK, it's over, I finished the last Harry Potter. It's weird because I can't say any more that I'm waiting for the next episode since there won't be any, plus I don't think Joan K. Rowling will write more books, she doesn't need to, now she is rich.

OK, I also need to admit something else... I have a huge crush on Joel, I've been thinking about him everyday since I left him on that Tuesday morning after our breakfast. Why is this happening, he is too far away from me, and I guess he has forgotten about me already anyway. I can't forget him though...

I don't even know if this post should be in the Travel or Family category, probably both but I can't select both... 2 weeks: Nov. 3rd - 18th

Anyway, I was back in Florida 10 years later. The family has grown, now there are 7 grandchildren, all cute, full of energy and so lovable: that's Caleb, Brice, Jaxon, Eden, Asa, Dane and Sten. There's a new dog too: Ebony, she is young so she likes to play a lot, just like another kid in the house.

Arrival in Tampa, Kyley came to pick me up at the airport and it was good to see her, she droped me at her parent's, it was great to see Rob and Kathy the next morning too. 2 days later, the whole family from North Carolina came in the house and then I had to sleep on the couch, the boys were a lot of fun though and I could finally meet Wendy's husband: Chris.

I arrived in Orlando on Wednesday afternoon with my rented car and met the children. Amy and the kids were at home and they welcomed me warmly. In the evening Alex took us to the restaurant to celebrate for the girls excellent marks at school. Thursday was calm and as I had 2 tickets to get in Universal Islands of Adventures, she found someone to go with me. Joel was such a great companion to have fun with at Universal, we did all the rides of the park and the maximum waiting time we had was about 20 minutes, just perfect.

Cape Canaveral, next I went to Melbourne to meet my Richard family, Beckie introduced me to her mum and dad, they came with Zackary. We had a flea market tour and visited the Melbourne zoo. On Sunday we went to the Kennedy Space Center and spent the whole day there, we met an astronaut and experienced the launch of a shuttle in a simulator.

Back in Orlando, I came back on Monday afternoon as Joel said he wanted to take me out in the evening in Orlando and I had been looking forward to this night out. Unfortunately, he canceled the date at the very last minute because of a fight he had with his roommate. Though he took me to breakfast in the morning, it was not the same of course but still I enjoyed the time with him again. We talked and got to know each other.

Back in Tampa, listing all I wanted to still do before I had to leave Florida: see Kyley's house and meet her boyfriend, go shopping, go to the pedicure and manicure with Kathy, rent a movie, watch Kathy playing tennis at the club... Finally I got to do it all, but did not manage to finish my book; the last Harry Potter. On the last day, Kathy convinced me to go and have my picture taken in a studio. That was something new to me and I had fun too, wondering if I should buy the CD for $404.-
